For those who are physically unable to vote in person, Midland and Ector counties will be offering a curbside voting option.

According to NewsWest 9, the curbside option has been available in both counties for over a decade but many do not know about it.

“We have always done curbside voting," said Carolyn Graves, Midland County Elections Administrator. "It’s for the voters that can not physically come in but they don’t fall into the ballot by mail or they’ve missed the ballot by mail.”

Voters must be physically unable to get out of their car to participate in curbside voting.

Curbside will NOT be an option for those who want to practice social distancing.
