
Midland Adult Coloring Group Uses Coloring to Relieve Stress and to Make New Friends
Midland Centennial Library hosts a group every Tuesday evening the uses coloring books as a way to relieve stress and create new friendships.
According to NewsWest 9, the group of adults meets to talk about things going on in each other's lives to what color scheme they are planning for one of their pictures.
Adult coloring is free to attend and they meet each Tuesday from 4:30-6:00 at the Midland Centennial Library. For more info check out their Facebook page.
