The Los Angeles Police Department arrested a man outside of Taylor Swift Bel Air, Calif. home on Wednesday afternoon (Feb. 3) after neighbors reported him wandering at the bottom of Swift’s driveway, allegedly yelling for the star to come out of her house.

The “suspicious looking” man was wearing fatigues and was taken into police custody around 4PM. He was then transported to the West L.A. Division police station for further medical evaluation, ET reports.

A representative for Swift released a statement about the incident, saying, “This is why it’s irresponsible for the media to publish the addresses or recent real estate transactions of celebrities."

The man was ultimately released from custody and not charged with a crime. It is unknown whether the singer was home at the time. Of course, this is not the first time such an incident has occurred at one of Swift's properties — see here, here and here.

The formerly country superstar has been off the road after wrapping up her 1989 World Tour last year, but she’s been keeping busy, hanging out and drinking coffee with friends like Kelsea Ballerini and releasing a music video for her most recent single “Out of the Woods.” She also recently launched a clothing line during Hong Kong’s fashion week.

This week, a benefit concert is being held in Nashville as a tribute to Swift's Grammy-nominated 1989 album. The event will raise money for Musicians Corner, a free outdoor concert series held in Music City during the spring and fall.

1989 is nominated for Album of the Year at the upcoming Grammy Awards, in addition to six other nominations for Swift, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year for “Blank Space."
