Midland Health is showing you how to manage your stress.

According to NewsWest 9, Midland Health is providing Practical/Life Application of Stress Management at the Lifestyle Medicine Center at Midland Health.

You will learn different techniques of mindfulness, breathing, and gentle movement along with learning how to manage your stress and learn how to identify it.
