Kylie Jenner is looking to trademark "Rise and Shine," according to TMZ.

The outlet reports the Kylie Cosmetic mogul filed legal documents to make sure no one profits off her instantly famous catchphrase. The trademark would "cover belts, pants, coats, dresses, footwear, gloves, headbands, headwear, jackets, loungewear, scarves, sleepwear, socks, swimwear and undergarments."

It would also cover cosmetics, which doesn't come as a surprise since we all know Jenner is bound to include the phrase on a future lip kit collection or use it to promote a new line of morning skin products. In fact, she's already been cashing in on the "Rise and Shine" meme that has since inspired remixes, new alarm clock sounds, as well as just broke a Tik Tok record as the fastest hashtag in history to reach 1 billion views.

Just days after the clip went viral, she released two $65 "Rise and Shine" hoodies on her Kylie Shop website — and they're already sold out, further proving the KarJenners know how to capitalize on their fame.

Meanwhile, the video also caught the attention of Ariana Grande, who asked the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star if she could sample the phrase in an upcoming song. Jenner gave the pop star permission to use it but under one condition: "Yes, yes you can @arianagrande. As long as I'm in the music video."

Even Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson covered it over the weekend.

We can't wait to see what else Jenner has in store for this "Rise and Shine" meme...
