He doesn't need a 'Suit & Tie' to prove he's a class act!

According to ABC News, while performing in San Jose, Calif. earlier this week, Justin Timberlake sang 'Happy Birthday' to 8-year-old Julian Delan - and he got 25,000 fans to join him!

Delan, who has been diagnosed with high-functioning autism, is a big JT fan and was excited to see the former *NSYNC leader live in concert. But Delan's mother, Marika Rosenthal Delan, was nervous about taking her son to the show for fear of how the crowd would react to him.

During the show, a group of women around young Julian were able to capture Justin's attention on stage, and Timberlake sang 'Happy Birthday' and encouraged the rest of the arena to join him in singing to Julian.

Peter Delan, the boy's father, shared the video on Facebook and wrote "Thank you JT for an incredible night!! This is a moment Julian will never forget! Thanks for Gifts you sent down to him. #bestnightever #happybirthdayJulian #the2020experience #JustinTimberlake #yourbiggestfanisan8yearold"
