Actress Jessica Chastain walked the red carpet at the 2017 Golden Globe Awards in a periwinkle column gown embellished with an asymmetric crystal floral pattern. Her hair pulled back into a taut, smooth bun, she completed the look with a soft, mauve lip and a Y-shaped diamond necklace that accented her decolletage.

Chastain is nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama for her part as high-powered D.C. lobbyist Elizabeth Sloane in John Madden's political thriller Miss Sloane. This is the actress's fourth Golden Globe nomination; she won Best Actress in a Drama Motion Picture in 2014 for her role in Zero Dark Thirty, and scored a Best Supporting Actress nod in 2012 for The Help and again in 2015 for A Most Violent Year.

Hosted by Jimmy Fallon, the 74th annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony takes place at the Beverly Hilton hotel on Sunday, January 8, broadcast live on NBC beginning at 8 PM EST. The 2017 Golden Globes nominees were announced on December 12, with actress Meryl Streep selected as the honoree of the year's Cecil B. DeMille Lifetime Achievement Award.
