Chef Andres began his career in New Mexico and his amazing talent has led him from the land of enchantment to different places all over the USA and every region of Mexico. Now, the circle is complete and you can find him at the Paso Del Norte Hotel.

He's back home in the Borderland and waiting to amaze you at the Hotel Paso Del Norte. Not just at Sabor either - Chef Andres is the executive Chef for the entire hotel so, whether you eat at Sabor, pop over to 1700 Steakhouse or just order room service; you're in for a major treat crafted under his watch.

Chef Andres' storied career has spanned North America with experiences in his home state of New Mexico, Chicago and up and down the east coast while also hitting every region of Mexico. As the culinary director for Frontera Restaurant Group, Chef Andres Padilla has created "distinct Mexican menus, both rustic and refined".

Chef Andres has earned a zillion awards and accolades including, while at Chicago's Topolobampo, the James Beard Foundation "Outstanding Restaurant" award. He also maintained the restaurants Michelin Key status.

Chef Andres currently oversees not only Sabor but ALL culinary operations at the Paso Del Norte Hotel including 1700 Steakhouse and room service menus.
