The Amazing Art Expo is making its long-awaited debut in Odessa, Texas, and it’s bringing some serious Force energy with it.

The event takes place at the MCM Grandé Hotel & Fundome, exciting Star Wars fans around the Basin.
Exciting is hardly the word I would use to describe this event. This event wholeheartedly brings out the Star Wars nerd inside me.
David Acord Headlining the Event
Headlining the weekend is David Acord, the legendary sound designer and voice actor behind Grogu (a.k.a. Baby Yoda) from the TV show The Mandalorian.
Yes, that Grogu.
The same little green guy who melted hearts across the galaxy.
Other voices Mr. Acord has voiced are the “Traitor!” stormtrooper (TR-8R) from The Force Awakens, and he has worked on nearly every corner of the Star Wars universe
While some of the characters Mr. Acord has voiced are lesser known than Grogu, he has worked on projects ranging from Rogue One and The Clone Wars to Ahsoka, Andor, and The Book of Boba Fett.
Basically, if it makes a cool sound in a galaxy far, far away, Acord probably had something to do with it.
