
Texas Placed At Number One In Nation For Failing To Bring Cars In For Recalled Parts
Cars are very important to those in the state of Texas. Not only do they get us from point a to point b, but when we see a cool car on the roadway, you just have to appreciate it. But there's always a problem with one car while on the roads isn't there?
What Kind Of Problems Do Texas Cars Have On The Road?
Everyone in the state has at one point ignored the check tires or engine light right? Some can almost hear their wallets cry in pain when one thinks about repairing a part on the vehicle in question. But sometimes, the issue isn't our fault.
In fact, the maker of the car themselves could be the one that made a mistake. So when that happens, a recall is issued. Because of this, said part is replaced without us having to pay for the fix.
But new data shows that some Texans don't even make an effort to get that problem fixed.
How Bad Is The Issue In The State Of Texas?
According to PR Newswire, Carfax collected data that revealed something that might worry other drivers on any road. The data showed that 58.1 million cars in the nation are still driving with issues that could be easily fixed if the car was brought in for the recall part.
Including in that number is over 14 million cars that more than two issues on the car from recalls. But some may be wondered how bad it is in Texas. Well, 1.6 million cars in Texas have two or more issues on cars with recalled parts.
Where does that put Texas on the list? Number one in the nation. Yes, we here in Texas need to check on our cars more frequently!
