Attention Lubbock! Here's your chance to join hundreds of cyclists across West Texas in the fight against multiple sclerosis (MS).
Bike MS Lubbock Details
Let me introduce Bike MS: Cactus & Crude coming to Lubbock on Saturday, July 18th. This one-day cycling event is put together to get people outside and active as they benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's (NMSS) journey to find a cure.
This massive event will also benefit those suffering from MS by affording them the tools to live their best lives.
NMSS has made phenomenal progress towards their $288,000 goal, so they're excited to knock it out of the park this go-around in Lubbock.
Keep reading to see how to register, but here are the main details of the bike ride. All participants are offered either the 25-mile or 60-mile route that each journeys through the gorgeous West Texas landscape.
Here's the daunting map of the 60-mile route:

It's important to note that a minimum fundraising amount of $250 must be paid before you can start biking. Also, all bikers must be over the age of 12, and e-bikes are allowed under certain circumstances.
Helmets are required to be worn at all times, and pets are not allowed to join the ride. Don't worry, service animals are the exception.
