A mother is going viral for making a tough call when she turned in her two sons to the cops after they were accused of shooting at a police officer.

MOTHER RECOGNIZES HER SONS

The Holly Springs Police had put out a warning for two guys who fired shots at an officer during a traffic stop. The mom saw their pics from a Ring doorbell cam and realized they were her boys, aged 17 and 18.

She wasn't having any of it. "I was like, 'Are you serious? Oh, hell no." she said. She made it clear that in her house, bad behavior doesn't fly. So, the next morning, she marched her sons down to the police station.

SHOTS FIRED DURING EARLY MORNING CHASE

According to the cops, the whole thing started with a wild chase on the highway around 4:30 in the morning. An officer tried to pull over a red Kia Forte driving all over the place with no headlights on. But instead of stopping, the suspects opened fire.

Holly Springs Police Chief Darryl Bowens said it was seriously risky for everyone involved. They spread the word to other cops, and a deputy spotted the car. The suspects made a run for it into the woods but got caught on camera.

A TORN MOTHER TURNS IN SONS

The mom was torn up about turning her kids in. She said they swore they were innocent. “I don’t play any games with them. If you gonna do the crime, you gonna do the time – plain and simple,” she said.
