A north Texas author just being kind at local book signing has helped propel his book to the top of the book charts.

Keep Scrolling to Check Out the Heartwarming Video

Let's not pretend like anyone walking by the table of Shawn Warner should know who he is. However, he did put himself out there trying to promote his debut book at a Fort Worth Kroger this week. Jerrad Swearenjin just happened to be in the grocery store at the time and decided to stop by the table. Since everyone in the store was ignoring, Jerrad asked him about the book.

What is This Book About?

Warner explains the premise of his book, Leigh Howard and the Ghosts of Simmons-Pierce Manor." It's about a teenage girl who teams up with a ghost of multiple personalities to solve the mystery of her parents' murder," Warner said. Since the video of the interaction has gone viral, Shawn Warner's book is currently NUMBER ONE on Amazon's Best Sellers list. Screenshot below from today.

Shawn's Response To His Best Selling Book

"Just to be nice to some guy sitting alone selling books...the generosity that poured out of that was just amazing, I get choked up," Warner told Fox News 4. "They gave me a chance. And that’s just beautiful."

Looks like Shawn has another book signing coming up at another Kroger in Dallas. If his story keeps going viral, I imagine the turnout will be MUCH bigger than the last one. Best of luck to Shawn on his writing career, I imagine his publisher will want another one soon after how well this one is now doing.
