This is a very disturbing story from North Texas!  According to cbsnews.com, the founder of a North Texas adoption agency has been arrested on allegations of paying pregnant female inmates in the Tarrant County Jail to put their unborn babies up for adoption. Jody Hall is the head of a company that is called Adoptions International Inc.

An  investigation was started in May and  revealed that Jody Hall was paying money to pregnant Tarrant County inmates. The money was for the purpose of placing their unborn children up for adoption.  Adoptions International has been investigated before in 2019.  At that time, the U.S. State Department canceled Adoptions International's accreditation, which prevents the agency from engaging in adoptions outside the U.S. for failing to maintain standards.

TEXAS DAYCARE SUED FOR LEAVING CHILDREN IN HOT VAN

Buttonlawfirm.com reports that Star Kiddos Center is accused of endangering a 4-year-old son’s life by leaving him unattended in a hot van for approximately two hours. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Brandy Jones and highlights  violations of daycare safety laws and the facility's subsequent mishandling of the incident.
 

HOW HOT DOES A PARKED CAR GET?

According to Livescience.com, Within 1 hour, the temperature inside of a car parked in the sun on a day that reached 95 degrees Fahrenheit  or hotter, hit an average of 116 degrees. The dashboard temperature reached an incredible 157 degrees. The steering wheel hit 127 degrees while the seats hit a temperatures of 123. All of the mentioned numbers are an average.
