Here Are Things You Can and Can’t Bring to Vote

Early voting is underway in Texas and here are things you can and can't bring to the polls.

According to NewsWest 9, to help you get prepared for voting just remember the most important thing you need is your ID or voter registration card.

But there are some things you can't bring to the polls.

"You cannot bring any candidate information, you cannot bring it on your phone, you can have a piece of paper, you can have the newspaper, you can have our sample ballot that you can print off on our website," said Carolyn Graves, Midland County Elections Administrator.

Remember to turn off your phone once you get within 100 feet of the polling location also.
