H-E-B has gone above and beyond during this time of crisis. They are raising the pay of employees, hiring extra workers, and doing their best to serve our communities.

Here is the statement from H-E-B about delivering groceries to senior citizens:

"We have changed the hours of our Senior Support Line to be 11a-3p daily. Our teams are working hard to serve our Senior customers, and we encourage you if possible to visit favordelivery.com/seniors, or use the Favor App. We will continue to refine our new support line, and appreciate all Texans saving room for only seniors 60+ to use the phone line of 1-833-397-0080. Thank you, customers! As we continue to find ways to support Texans and our most vulnerable populations, H-E-B and Favor Delivery are piloting today our Senior Support Line, a new delivery program designed to offer a safer solution for seniors (60+) across Texas. Starting 3/20, seniors can place orders from curated list of essentials via a phone line, the Favor app, or at favordelivery.com/seniors. The line will be staffed with volunteers to accept/process home delivery orders via phone daily 9a-1p. To access, call 1-833-397-0080. All fees will be waived for the first 30 days, with a $10 tip included in the order for the Favor Runner. As we continue to work together to serve Texans, please continue to be patient with our teams as we serve our communities. We continue to work hard to take care of customers. #TexansHelpingTexans"

I know many seniors may not have internet access or know anything about using apps so please share the phone number for them to call.
