The executive order is for retail businesses and restaurants to open up at 25% capacity which will help many local businesses to ease back into operation.

According to NewsWest 9, the executive order helps out one local business, Fox Den where owner Rachel Howard says they will open up with their own rules as well as the rules the governor has put in place too.

Howard says that they will have limited hours of operation for the next few weeks,  "We’re not required to be open in certain amount of hours like some developments are in the city so really it’s my choice if we feel comfortable opening back up," Howard said.

The new executive order will really help out Fox Den and many other locally owned businesses to get people back in their stores.
