Governor Abbott Allows Bars in Texas to Reopen Next Week

For the first time since June, bars in Texas can open again starting next week.

According to NewsWest 9, bars can reopen on October 14, 2020 but only at 50% capacity.

Dallas and Houston leaders have already said they will not let bars reopen just yet since there has been an increase in COVID-19 cases in both cities.
