GOOD NEWS: 14 People Who Had COVID-19 in the Permian Basin Have Recovered

We hear all the case numbers and deaths but one thing we need to know is how many people have recovered.

According to NewsWest 9, 14 people across the Permian Basin have recovered from COVID-19.

Midland County Health Department reports 11 cases have recovered.

The other 3 cases are in surrounding counties: Crane County has two of them and Gaines County has the one.

The other counties that have reported cases have not yet reported any of those that have recovered.

This is what lets us know that practicing social distancing is working and if we continue to keep up with that plan, we will be out of this sooner than later.
