Former H-E-B Employee That Falsified COVID-19 Diagnosis Arrested
The former West Odessa H-E-B employee that falsely claimed she had COVID-19 has been arrested and charged with forgery.
According to NewsWest 9, Kimberly Ann Danner falsified test results to show she was positive for COVID-19 on April 7, 2020 and it was reported by H-E-B.
On April 21, 2020 H-E-B reported that the documents were forged by the employee to show a positive result.
Danner was arrested and charged with Forgery, which is a class A misdemeanor.
Danner was immediately fired by H-E-B once the forgery was discovered.
