Ector County Commissioners Looking Over Different Plans For Ector County Jail Expansion

Ector County Commissioners are going over plans to expand the county jail.

According to NewsWest 9, County Commissioners accepted plans on Monday and are now reviewing those plans to help the over crowding at the Ector County Detention Center.

A committee is being discussed to go over the plans they have received and to make a decision soon.

Construction on a new jail will not begin for several months as they decide on plans.
