COVID-19 Recoveries Increase in the Permian Basin
We hear all the time about the number of confirmed cases that have been reported in the Basin, but now we know how many have recovered from COVID-19.
According to NewsWest 9, as of Friday, April 17, 2020 there have been 54 recoveries from COVID-19 in the Permian Basin.
Midland has reported 20 cases that have recovered and Ector County has 23 recoveries.
Andrews County has 3 recoveries, Dawson County has 6 recoveries, Gaines County reports one recovered case, Crane and Howard Counties also report one recovery each.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel, just continue to practice social distancing and wash your hands regularly and we will beat this and get back to some semblance of normality soon.
