City of Odessa Considering Implementing a Mask Ordinance With the Increase in COVID-19 Cases

With the rise of cases of COVID-19 in the area, the City of Odessa is looking to implement a mask ordinance.

According to NewsWest 9, Mayor David Turner says the ordinance is currently being drafted for consideration.

City Attorney for Odessa, Natasha Brooks is the one that is putting the ordinance into a draft but no official decision on when it would go into effect, if at all, has been released.
