Let's begin with a shot from TJ who caught these folks parking illegally in a handicapped spot: 'JERKS parked in the only handicap spot! Left their car running with music blasting. My pet peeves: Speeding through a school zone & parking in handicap spots! At times like these I sooooo wish I was a COP!'

Finally, I took this photo. The person in the SUV parked so poorly, a woman parked next to them who's leg was in a leg cast, had to crawl through her passenger side door to get into her car. This person gets the "Braking Bad- Bad Parker of the Week'.
