A first-time homeowner and sassy redheaded comedienne snapped up this cozy Beverly Hills house recently to share with her web-slinging boyfriend, and they're crossing their fingers really hard that it's not full of radioactive mutant spiders.

It's the first of probably many homes to come -- if she keeps convincing audiences her awkward antics and ability to repeatedly play herself are just as adorable as her face.

And while the house is really cute, it may or may not be haunted by former owner Dudley Moore. So there's that to consider.
