Card Skimmer Found at Valero Station in Midland

A credit card skimmer was found on a gas pump in Midland this week.

According to NewsWest 9, the device was found at the Valero gas station at 808 S. Big Spring which is at the Florida intersection.

It is thought by the station owners that the device was put on the pump sometime on April 4 or 5.

Anyone who used the pumps anytime this week is urged to keep an eye on your credit card statements and report any suspicious charges to your credit card company.

The investigation continues and you are urged to report anyone messing with a gas pump to police immediately.
