A committee of businessmen in Texas met Wednesday to talk about many things and one of them was the "Bathroom Bill."

According to YourBasin.com the Texas House Select Committee on Economic Competitiveness met Wednesday to discuss how to retain top talent in the state and improving public education and infrastructure, but talks of the "Bathroom Bill" also came up.

Some members of the committee stated that the bill could stunt economic growth for the state and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban pointed out that the "bathroom bill' will prevent some businesses from coming to the state.

Jonathan Saenz, president of Texas Values, said that the purpose of the meeting was to push against the "bathroom bill" and said the committee will meet again on December 5.
