Brody Jenner on Missing Kimye Wedding: ‘I Don’t Know Kanye at All’

Brody Jenner has finally spoken out as to why he wasn't at stepsister Kim Kardashian's wedding to Kanye West. His succinct reason? "I don't know Kanye at all," he's admitted.

In a podcast interview with Dr. Mike Dow (quotes via GossipCop), Jenner felt that he barely knew Kanye in that he had “one conversation” with West that lasted maybe “20 seconds." Ultimately, he felt that it wasn't enough for him to move a DJ gig he had already scheduled in Chicago since he was only given a few weeks notice.

Back in November, Jenner didn't think he was going to be invited to the wedding at all due to his then-strained relationship with his family.

As for attending the wedding of one of Kim's famous ex-boyfriends, Reggie Bush, Jenner admits that distance played a factor, with Bush's wedding being in San Diego was “right down the street.”

In recent years, Brody Jenner has seemingly stayed somewhat distant from the Jenner-Kardashian clan. For example, the son of Bruce Jenner didn't join 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' until last year, when the 30-year-old former 'Hills' star joined the show as a regular. His storyline in the eighth season focuses on him repairing his relationship with his dad as well as his stepmom, Kris Jenner.
