Apple Created Enhanced Versions of Harry Potter Series for iBooks
You know I'm a major fan of all things Harry Potter, and several things seem to be happening in the Potterverse lately, including new versions of the books.
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone was initially released in the US. in Sept. 1998, nearly a year after it's release in the UK, and since then has won the hearts of children and adults alike. So much so that it's spawned a series which included seven books, not to mention the books that surround the series like Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and The Tales of Beadle the Bard.
Now the original stories have been enhanced by the brilliant minds of Apple and can be found exclusively in the iBooks store. I downloaded the sample of the first book, and from just the first 45 digital pages the images included are stunning.
I'm a sucker for all things Potter related, so it's likely that I'll end up with the whole series. What do you think? Will you be taken in by wizarding lore in the new digital version?
