Amy Schumer has been forced to cancel the rest of her comedy tour due to health complications related to her pregnancy.

The comedian revealed on Instagram that due to her hyperemesis, which she's been struggling with since early in her pregnancy, she isn't "cleared to fly." She'll be issuing refunds to all fans affected by the cancelations.

"Due to complications from hyperemesis I am not cleared to fly for the next couple weeks," she wrote. "I am going to cancel the remainder of my tour. Refunds are available at point of purchase."

Schumer then updated fans about her pregnancy, assuring fans that both she and her baby are doing well. She's now in her third trimester, and is still vomiting frequently. Schumer said she was maintaining "a pretty good attitude," but was struggling.

"The baby and I are healthy and everything looks good. But I am in my 3rd trimester and I am still nauseous all the time and vomiting. I vomit mostly every time i ride in a car even for 5 minutes," she shared. "I have a pretty good attitude about it and some days I feel good for a couple hours. But mostly it's [sic] sucks."

She continued, "I wanted to push through and do my shows. Because I hate letting people down and I love stand up and money! But more than that I have to think about my health and the baby. I know you guys get it and people are like. B---- are you ok? Take it easy but it's still embarrassing to have to cancel."

Schumer has been open about her hyperemesis struggles since the beginning. She announced that she was expecting in October 2018, just a few months after she and Chris Fischer married.
