3.1 Magnitude Earthquake Shakes Reeves County

If you were in the Pecos area yesterday afternoon you might have felt the earth shake just a bit.

According to NewsWest 9, the U.S. Geological Survey recorded a 3.1 magnitute earthquake with an epicenter about 17 miles southwest of Coyanosa.

No reports of injury or damage was reported in the county nor in the towns of Pecos or Coyanosa.
