Water Improvements Being Addressed by the City of Odessa

The City of Odessa is asking your opinion on the water in the city.

According to NewsWest 9, the city is polling people on how the water tastes and your answers will help them determine what steps to take to improve water quality in Odessa.

City of Odessa officials are considering putting in a water softening system but want your opinions. The softening system would increase water bills but only at an average of two dollars per month for each resident.
