Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center Gets Approval For a Bigger Area to Serve Alcohol

The Wagner Noel PAC will soon be getting a bigger space to serve alcohol.

According to the Midland Reporter Telegram, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously on Monday to approve a specific use permit by the venue to increase the alcohol service area from 63,865 square feet to almost 110,000 square feet.

The city explained that the requested area will include all the seating area including the second floor.

The permit must be approved by City Council.
