Texas has the lowest voter turnout among millennials, so to change that the Texas Secretary of State created a tour across the state to encourage millennials to get out and vote.

According to NewsWest 9, Carlos Cascos, the Texas Secretary of State, has been on a tour of Texas and has been visiting a number of college campuses and he stopped in Odessa on Tuesday to talk with students at UTPB.

Cascos said he received positive feedback from the students at UTPB and hopes that this feedback from them translates to a better number of twenty-somethings turning out to the polls in November.
