In 2012, I had the opportunity to travel to Italy. Thankfully I took my camera, and captured some of my favorite views from around the city of Venice.

I studied photography and Art History in college, so I was keen to visit Italy the birthplace of the Renaissance and see first-hand the art from my text books.

While wandering the streets of Venice, I realized that I had to take as many photographs as I possibly could of this magical place. You'll see my love for architectural details, food, water and light in the photographs.

Most of these photos were made with my Canon Rebel, but some were taken with an iPhone. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. They are set to part of Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi's Concerto No. 4 in F minor, Op. 8, RV 297, "L'inverno" (Winter) from The Four Seasons.
