Life has a funny way of catching up with you. For me, it was one day trying to get out of bed, but doing it a lot slower than I used to.

So, my March to whenever's resolution is to trim down and bulk up a little to see if that would help my lower back pain. This was recommended by some doctor friends of mine, though it sounded a little counter-intuitive to me. I'm also a lot farther away from 30 than I use to be, but the first rule in the zombie apocalypse: "Cardio".
