The New Texting And Driving Ban Takes in Effect This Thursday!

This Thursday October 1st, Midland's new Texting and Driving Law goes into effect.

The City of Midland is getting the word out about the new texting and driving ban that takes effect this Thursday October 1st. If you're caught texting and driving it could cost you $500! It's not just texting, the ban also includes applications like Facebook, Pintrest or anything else that would be a distraction while you are driving.

Whether you agree with the law or not just remember, 'Don't text and drive!'.
