Texas Tentatively Approves Controversial ‘Bathroom Bill’

The Texas Senate is one step closer to passing the controversial "Bathroom Bill."

According to NewsWest 9, Senate Bill 6, also known as the "Bathroom Bill," is one step closer to being approved by the Texas Senate.

The floor vote came back 21-10 in favor of the bill. Now the upper chamber must give it the final approval before it is sent to the House.

That vote by the upper chamber could happen as soon as Wednesday.
