Texas Highway Signs Hacked and Display Negative Comments About Donald Trump

This past weekend someone hacked into TxDOT electronic highway signs and displayed a not so flattering comment about Presidential Candidate Donald Trump.

According to the Midland Reporter-Telegram, the signs displayed several messages from "Bernie For President" and "Work is canceled, go back home," but one in particular called out Republican Presidential Candidate Donald Trump.

The message said "Donald Trump is a...shape shifting lizard."

TxDOT said in a statement that the hacking was not humorous and those messages bumped important construction zone messages in the Dallas area.

TxDOT is still looking into the source of the hack.
