We've all heard of weird crimes in the Lone Star State, but this is one that many may be scratching their head at.

This year, Midland County Public Libraries is partnering with local businesses, all September, in a campaign to encourage “life long literacy and community empowerment”. “One Card. One Community. A World of Opportunity”, allows residents to sign up, or show their current Midland County library cards, to participating businesses for special discounts.

Let's face it, it's a lousy job and unless you want to buy all new digital copies of your music at less quality than your CDs had, you're going to spend some time burning your library into iTunes.
