Summer Solstice Celebration to Be Held at UTPB Stonehenge
The beginning of summer will be celebrated in Odessa at the replica of Stonehenge on the UTPB Campus.
According to NewsWest 9, sunrise on the first day of summer will be at 6:44 a.m. but the celebration event will begin at 6:00 a.m. with a discussion about the original Stonehenge and the story of how the UTPB version came about.
A free session of yoga will start at 6:30 as a part of the celebration of the International Day of Yoga also.
The event will be held at the UTPB Stonehenge at 6:00 a.m. Thursday, June 21, 2018.
