Rumors Surface About a New H.E.B. to Be Built in Northeast Midland

A rumor has been spread about a new location of H.E.B. opening up on the northeast side of Midland sometime soon, is this a fact or just hopeful people wishing out loud?

According to the Midland Reporter-Telegram, the proposed location for the new store was rumored to be located north of Loop 250 between Lamesa Rd. and County Road 1150, also known as Elkins Rd.

Spokesperson for H.E.B., Julie Bedingfield was asked about the rumor and said that no new location in Midland is planned for the near future.

Bedingfield did say that the Midland and Odessa H.E.B. stores were about to begin curbside grocery pickup.

Just like other stores locally doing similar things, you can order your groceries online or on an app and designate a time to pick them up.
