It's never a good thing when the media become the story instead of merely reporting it.

Bob Aaron is a reporter for WCHS in West Virginia who was working on a story about a chemical spill. Sadly for him, he had the distinct misfortune of falling into a creek that had 100,000 gallons of coal slurry.

The footage remained unaired until the station posted it on YouTube, along with a comment stating, "Bob is OK and says he can even laugh about it now."

Sure, but what are the odds Aaron had a full head of black hair before he fell in?

Guess we'll just have to see if he's still laughing when a third arm starts growing in.
