Odessa Voters Reject School Bond For ECISD Improvements

Odessa voters give a resounding "no" on bonds to improve ECISD.

According to NewsWest 9, 62% of voters said no to Proposition A, and 60% said no to Proposition B.

ECISD states they will go back to the community and find out what they want to see happen to ECISD and try again later on.
