Odessa ‘Post-It Note Robber’ Officially Charged Wednesday

The 'Post-It Note Robber' has officially been charged with a string of robberies in Odessa back in February.

According to NewsWest 9, 25-year-old Matthew Chavez was charged with three counts of robbery following a string of robberies of two Game Stop locations and a Dollar General back in February.

Police state that he walked into all three places and gave them a note stating he had a gun and made off with undisclosed amounts of cash in each robbery.

Chavez is currently in jail in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
