If you have been the victim of an auto theft, Midland police are holding a viewing of property confiscated from auto thefts.

According to NewsWest 9, the property has been obtained from thefts that have occurred from October to December of last year.

MPD says you can only view the property if you have filed a police report, just bring the case number and your ID to the police station.

If you haven't filed a report, there will be officers at the viewing that can help you file a report.

If you have property stolen during another time frame, you can still view your property by calling the police department and giving them your case number.

The viewing will be Thursday March 22, 2018 from 1-4 pm in the basement of the police station on Michigan and Loraine in downtown Midland.
