Pop stars from different eras collide—plus, the gorgeous new 69-year-old face of CoverGirl, in today’s Pop Bits.

Lorde Covers ‘In the Air Tonight’ by the ‘Magical’ Phil Collins
Lorde appeared on BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge program and showed off her love for Phil Collins and the ’80s, performing a cover of Collins’ classic “In the Air Tonight” among other songs. She said of Collins: “He just is such a pioneer, you know? His melodies and his drums… I’m just so inspired by him, and he pushes me to be better.”

Check out her performance of “Green Light” below, which is followed by “In the Air Tonight”:

Madonna, Amy Schumer, Aziz Ansari, Jon Stewart, Pete Holmes & Louis CK Take the Stage at Comedy Cellar
That is quite an impressive list of comics… and Madonna? As one clever Twitter user called her, the “New Material Girl” tried her hand at stand-up comedy at New York’s famous Comedy Cellar. Among those there to check out the comedy all-star team was one Larry David, sitting in the audience (and refusing Amy Schumer‘s requests to come onstage and join her).

Hugh Hefner Will Be Surrounded by Playmates & Celebs at Burial Spot
Hugh Hefner, founder of Playboy and general Man About Town in Hollywood for decades, died late last night (September 27). He will be buried next to Marilyn Monroe, the original Playboy cover girl, and numerous other famous folks. He will rest as he lived.

The Newest CoverGirl Is 69-Year-Old Model Maye Musk
Speaking of cover girls: “Maye Musk is not only a timeless beauty, but a visionary who has always followed her own path, creating new opportunities and paving the way for so many others who might not meet the industry standard of ‘model,’ but are truly beautiful in every regard,” says CoverGirl’s senior vice president, Ukonwa Ojo.

Will & Grace Is Back, and It’s the Perfect TV Comfort Food We Need Right Now
While many recent TV revivals/reboots have ranged from meh to flat-out bad, Will & Grace may have managed to crack the code. “Will & Grace is back with gusto and wit in a new set of episodes that proves that while times have changed, truly great comedy doesn’t age,” says one reviewer.
