Kanye West ended a Saint Pablo tour date last night (November 3) and was met with fans' frustration — though he a solid reason, and appeared uncustomarily contrite in explaining why he wasn't able to finish the show.

The "Famous" rapper was performing at his final show in a six-date run at The Forum in Inglewood, California when, while delivering "Only One," West found that his voice was giving out too much to see the set through to the end.

After signaling the house to turn the lights on, a frustrated Kanye told the crowd, "I'll offer y'all a refund," saying he lost his voice and "can't do the f---ing show."

"I can't let y'all have a show where I can't perform," West said, amid chants of "Kanye! Kanye! Kanye!" and displeased sounds from the audience.

In apology for his hoarse and overworked voice, he said "I'm very sorry, I love you. I promise I'll do better next time." Billboard reports that he was about an hour into the concert. Ticketmaster is currently responding to ticketholders' tweeted requests for refunds; given that they're requesting ticket order numbers via DM they may indeed be offering money back.

West abruptly ended his headlining set at New York City's inaugural Meadows Festival in October upon learning of a "family emergency," and while that departure was also met with the audiences' dismay, news soon broke that his wife Kim Kardashian had been robbed at gunpoint in Paris.
