After canceling his world tour to do some rest and reflection, Justin Bieber is making it up to Beliebers by releasing a new track sooner than you think.

On Aug. 14, the "Sorry" singer took it to Instagram and Twitter to announce his new single "Friends" due to drop this Thursday, August 17.

"Can we still be friends…,” Bieber tweeted. “New music. Thursday noon.”

According to JustJared the new track is another collaboration with BloodPop, who worked on various tracks off Bieber's last album Purpose, including "Sorry."

Let Thursdays officially be #NewMusicFridays.
