In what is yet another "Justin Bieber supposedly lashed out at a photographer" story, the 20-year-old pop star reportedly "lunged" at a fan who was snapping photos and video of Bieber and Selena Gomez at Dave & Buster's last night (Aug. 25).

According to TMZ, Bieber and Gomez were enjoying a date night at the arcade when another patron started taking photos and video of the famous couple on his cell phone. Law enforcement sources reportedly told the site that the Biebs then "lunged" at the guy in an attempt to take the phone away from him and supposedly delete the photos and video -- but his entourage held him back.

Now, however, the fan allegedly wants to press charges against Bieber, who apparently left before police arrived. TMZ reports that the singer is being investigated for attempted battery, attempted robbery (of the phone) and attempted theft (deleting the pictures and video from the man's phone.) The site claims that the Biebs could potentially serve jail time if he is found violating the law, since it would trigger a violation of his probation from the egging incident. Yikes.

Remember, Beliebers, that this news must be taken with a grain of salt. After all, there was the time the Biebs was being investigated for attempted robbery when he allegedly snatched a cell phone out of a woman's bag -- a claim which turned out to be extremely false. And even if this story is true, Bieber didn't even touch the man or his phone -- so we're not so sure how well these possible charges would even hold up.

What do you think of the situation?
